This Division program lasts four semesters (two years). This program is intended for Diploma II level students.

The Food & Beverages division is responsible for preparing, and serving food and beverages for the hotel, including in-room dining, restaurants, staff meals, and other services.
The goal of the Food & Beverages division is to sell as much food and beverage as possible at reasonable prices and to provide the best possible service to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Food and Beverage Division ( F & B )
This program lasts for 2 years (18 months of theoretical lectures plus practice and 6 months on the job training in a star hotel), students learn the best skills and knowledge needed by guests, such as good communication with a minimum of 2 languages, problem solving, maintenance, and serving food and beverages according to industry standards.
The Food and Beverage Service study program is about learning how to serve food and drinks. Students are provided with practical experience with adequate equipment and facilities (hotels and cruise ships. Here, students are also taught about management, so that after graduating, students can immediately enter the cruise ship, hotel, and resort industries with high self-confidence.
3. Room Division

The Hotel Accommodation program is a combination of housekeeping and front office that equips students with knowledge and skills such as front desk, reservation, bell captain, room attendant, and housekeeping supervisor.
During these two years, students undergo a rigorous theoretical and practical training. Bali International offers a Visual Hotel Program (VHP) for on-campus practice, which is frequently used by international hotels. Additionally, you’ll use standard tourism equipment such as mockup rooms, galleys, and brushing machines. Upon completion of this program, you’ll be ready to work on cruise ships or in hotels.
