This program lasts two semesters (one year). This Basic Level, equivalent to a Diploma 1, program is specifically for students who have recently graduated from high school or vocational school.

This one-year program (6 months of theoretical lectures plus on-campus practice and 6 months of on-the-job training at a star-rated hotel) allows students to learn all the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent guest service, including excellent communication skills, bilingualism, and problem-solving.
The front office in a hotel is the department that directly interacts with hotel guests. They handle everything from room reservations before arrival, throughout their stay, and through check-out, so they must thoroughly understand all hotel services.
Students are trained directly by instructors with experience in star-rated hotels. They also utilize adequate facilities that meet international industry standards, such as the VHP system and property management applications commonly used in star-rated hotels.
- Food and Beverage Service
This one-year program (6 months of theoretical lectures plus practical training and 6 months of on-the-job training at a star-rated hotel) allows students to learn the skills and knowledge needed to provide the best service to guests, including the sequence of service, supported by international-standard facilities.
In the Food and Beverage Service program, students focus on learning how to serve food and beverages professionally. Students will gain top-notch skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced instructors, plus explore extensive facilities like restaurants and ballrooms, similar to those found on star-rated hotels or cruise ships.
- Food and Beverage Product
This program lasts for 1 year (6 months of theoretical lectures plus practice and 6 months of on-the-job training in a star-rated hotel), students learn all the skills and knowledge of Western and Asian food presentation techniques. Supported by facilities standardized by star-rated hotels and cruise ships, such as three types of kitchens with different functions and experienced instructors.
- Housekeeping
This one-year program (6 months of theoretical lectures plus practical training and 6 months of on-the-job training in a star-rated hotel) teaches students the skills and knowledge needed to provide the best service to guests, such as maintenance and ensuring a comfortable environment.
The Housekeeping program teaches students how to maintain the cleanliness of rooms and public areas in the hotel industry, ensuring guest comfort and safety. In addition, students are taught administrative aspects related to operations and practical skills needed in the industry, such as the use of internationally standardized equipment such as floor scrubbers, trolleys, chemical dispensers, and more.
- Bartender
This program lasts for 1 year (6 months of theoretical lectures plus practice and 6 months of on-the-job training in a star-rated hotel), students learn the skills and knowledge of mixing drinks and building good relationships with customers. The Bartending Program at Bali International teaches the art of mixing cocktails with a touch of aesthetics and technical expertise and receives intensive English training, deepening skills in mixing drinks and interacting with customers.
With a combination of theory and practice, it is hoped that students are ready to succeed as Bartenders in the hospitality industry without needing a long time.
- Spa Therapist
This program, conducted in a three-month package, allows participants to master the competencies of professional spa massage therapists (skills, knowledge, and attitude) needed by the market, such as basic massage, back massage, and holistic hand massage, to meet job opportunities in the spa massage industry.
This program develops students’ skills to become therapists capable of providing quality services. The training is delivered in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, building on practical experience in the field. Successful learning models will serve as the foundation for this training. The end result of this training will produce professional spa therapists, enabling spa service users to maximize their benefits.
