We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, contributing your expertise to enhance Salesforce solutions and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using both Classic Visualforce Pages and Lightning components.
- Design and implement process flows to optimize business operations.
- Lead and contribute to integration efforts, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
- Engage in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to ensure streamlined and efficient development cycles.
- Utilize Jira for project management and tracking development progress.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Classic and Lightning development.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD processes.
- Comfortable working with Jira for issue tracking and collaboration.
