Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise PMO team. In this role, you will provide professional support, develop project plans and schedules, and collaborate with senior leaders to define business objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria for various projects. You'll lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining alignment with established methodologies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, charters, and schedules aligned with customer needs.
Collaborate with sponsors and senior PMs to define business objectives, success criteria, and scope.
Track project progress, cost, and schedule to ensure successful completion.
Communicate status updates to stakeholders and create executive-level reporting.
Lead teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and resolve complex issues proactively.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure project success.
Serve as a strategic thought partner for project execution.
Qualifications:

4+ years of project/change management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
Proven ability to independently manage projects and drive results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience building cross-functional relationships and influencing outcomes.
Ability to resolve problems and develop actionable solutions.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
