Job Description:

Responsibilities:
● Provide enthusiastic and empathetic customer service to our clients.
● Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
● Meet or exceed performance metrics to achieve growth and development opportunities.
Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Minimum 6 months of virtual call center experience or 1 year in a brick-and-mortar setting. Previous, non-call center, customer service experience will be considered.
● Ability to pass a background check.
● Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
● Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
● Basic proficiency in computer skills (e.g., navigating systems and applications).
● Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (you set your own schedule).
● A Windows 11 computer (Mac OS and Chromebooks are not supported).
