Job Summary:Brillius is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to support our growing workforce. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate engagement to final offer. Your goal will be to attract exceptional candidates who align with Brillius’ values and contribute to our mission.Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create role-specific job descriptions.- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.- Negotiate job offers, handle candidate objections, and manage the offer acceptance process.- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continually improve Brillius’ talent acquisition strategies.- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including pre-employment paperwork and coordination.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn, job boards, etc.- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations.- Bachelor’s degree
