Your New Role:

• Oversee a skilled team of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient training and development.
• Manage installation, repair, and maintenance scheduling for seamless project delivery.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and ensure top-notch system performance.
• Interface with clients to provide expert advice, handle concerns, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

• NH Gas License required
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Certifications : EPA 608, NATE, or similar certifications are a plus
• Skills : Strong leadership and project management skills, in-depth knowledge of HVAC codes, and strong communication skills
• Flexibility : Ability to work in both office and field settings, with occasional evening, weekend, or on-call work
