Strata-G is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction/Project Manager with the following:

Summary:

We are seeking a project manager with a strong background in hands-on electrical construction who has transitioned into project management. The ideal candidate has significant field experience—having performed or been closely involved in the installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of electrical systems—and is now capable of taking on the coordination and oversight of construction projects.

This individual should be capable of managing teams, ensuring high-quality work, adhering to project timelines, and effectively communicating with contractors and stakeholders. Their practical experience will enable them to make informed decisions, anticipate challenges, and provide credible leadership on-site. A deep understanding of the technical and practical aspects of electrical construction is essential, along with the ability to manage projects from planning through completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in related field. 
• 5 to 6 years experience.
• Construction experience. 
• Solar Farm experience.
• Electrical Engineer or Electrician.
• PM skills (can manage subs, etc.)

Job Type : Contract 

Job Location: East Tennessee Region. Must be willing to travel. 

The work will not require the PM to be on site all the time. On site presence will fluctuate as the project progresses through the normal stages; conceptual design, site prep, design, construction, test & check out, etc.
