Job Title: Accounting SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely resolution of invoice quantity discrepancies, reconciling statements from suppliers, and assisting the inventory department in matching invoices and purchase orders. This role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in processing a large volume of invoices.
Responsibilities
+ Resolve invoice quantity discrepancies by interfacing with suppliers, part centers, and purchasing departments.
+ Obtain and reconcile statements from assigned suppliers.
+ Accurately resolve and document invoice-related receiving discrepancies in a timely manner.
+ Enter supplier pack lists within three days of receipt.
+ Distribute mail and memos.
+ Generate daily outstanding receiver pending payment reports.
+ Perform account reconciliations.
+ Assist the inventory department in matching invoices and purchase orders and coding them into the system.
+ Process a high volume of invoices.
Essential Skills
+ Account reconciliation
+ Invoice processing
+ High volume invoice management
+ Proficiency in Excel, including V look-up
+ Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
+ 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field

+ Strong willingness to learn and adapt
Work Environment
This position is 100% on-site. The role includes a three-month maternity leave coverage. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
