Full Steam Staffing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing products for delivery, and ensuring a smooth operation of warehouse activities to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Inspect goods for quality and accuracy before they are prepared for shipment.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery.
• Load and unload materials and products, ensuring they are properly stored.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by following safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training provided, if necessary).
• Assist with inventory control, including tracking and recording stock movements.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass E-Verify.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, organized, and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
