Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

As a virtual assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and organizing executive appointments and calendars.
Overseeing email correspondence and ensuring organization.
Preparing presentations and spreadsheets to support client needs.
Managing social media accounts and content.
Creating structure, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency.
Researching technologies and making informed recommendations.
Administering CRM updates and data entry tasks.
Arranging travel, including booking flights, rental cars, and accommodations.
Assisting with project coordination and event planning.
Providing support with personal tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Availability during business hours (Monday to Friday) with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
Prior experience in an administrative support role.
An in-home office setup with either a Mac or PC (including a webcam), featuring a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB of RAM, and the latest version of Microsoft Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
A fast and reliable internet connection.
A smartphone with email capabilities.
A designated, professional, and quiet workspace.
