Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
Calendar & Appointment Management: Keep your client's schedule organized and up-to-date.
Email Management: Help manage and organize your client's inbox for maximum efficiency.
Content Creation: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials as needed.
Social Media Management: Assist with social media tasks to enhance your client's online presence.
Process Organization: Create structure and processes to streamline workflows.
Research & Recommendations: Conduct research and provide recommendations on tools and technologies.
CRM Administration: Update client records and manage data entry in CRM systems.
Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Project Assistance: Provide coordination and support for ongoing projects.
Event Planning: Assist with planning and organizing events.
Personal Support: Help with personal tasks as requested by your client.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, during business hours)
Experience in an administrative or support role
Access to a home office with a computer (Mac or PC) with at least a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB of RAM, and the latest version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A reliable, high-speed internet connection
A smartphone with email capabilities
