What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a results-driven, proactive Sales Lead who can:
Execute the company’s sales strategy, focusing on Conference Organizers and Associations.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients across the United States.
Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and untapped opportunities to promote innovative event technology solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored commercial offers and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales revenue targets by securing new business in the US market.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and partners.
Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline to closure.
Create and deliver compelling sales proposals, highlighting the company's unique selling points.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and enhance outreach efforts.
Collaborate with global teams to refine strategies and drive success.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the events industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with CRM tools to manage sales activities and maintain accurate records.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to new technology.
