Job Description

A highly respected commercial construction and renovation company is prepared to add an experienced Traveling superintendent to their organization. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking for a stable general contractor with room to grow. This contractor is experiencing steady growth and is one of the premiere contractors in the nation.

Travel Superintendent Functions:

Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment, and resources
Direct and evaluate site personnel and staff.
Enforce project safety and security.
Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor payment as well as timely preparation of payment requisitions.

Travel Superintendent Qualifications:

Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time.
Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor
Multi Family Rehab or renovation experience is a plus.
Demonstrated experience commercial building projects is a plus.
Proficiency with safety procedures
Extensive people skills

Compensation:

Competitive salary and excellent benefits
$1000 per week per diem
100% paid employee medical insurance including medical and dental
$25,000 life insurance policy provided
Paid 1 flight home a month ( or someone can fly to see you)
