Description

SAIC is seeking a Strategic Intel Analyst to provide intelligence support for operations at the tactical and strategic levels of Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, and geographic area. You will research, monitor, and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs, drafting assessments, contextualizing the information based on findings. You will also spend considerable time reading, cataloguing (database management), and filing reporting of interest. In this role, you will be considered a recognized authority in this area of expertise able to produce and present analytical products. Intelligence analysis may include; SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or open source.  A few other things you will do include:

  • Providing solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of data sets.
  • Coordinating across department teams and external partners to identify long and short term operational risks as well as deconfliction of partner activities.
  • Briefing complex topics to team members, departments, and senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly.
  • Ability to quickly learn analysis tools, application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Open Source analysis experience.
  • Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT reporting and target development.
  • Excellent presentation and written skills, effective in developing and presenting briefings on complex issues to client managers.
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams.
