Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans across all business lines greater control over their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management programs. ROLE:
As a Senior Product Designer at Reveleer, you will be a key member of our growing design team, responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for our AI-powered healthcare platform. You will lead complex design projects from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging product experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead design projects: Take ownership of multiple complex design initiatives from initial concepts to iterative and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user research: Plan and conduct user research activities to gather insights and validate design decisions, including user personas and user journey maps.
  • Create design deliverables: Produce high-quality design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Present and communicate design solutions: Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders through presentations, documentation, and design reviews.
  • Design mentorship and advocacy: Provide guidance and support to other designers and be a vocal leader and advocate for the design process both internally and externally.
  • Contribute to the design system: Help evolve and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across our products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience: 5+ years designing intuitive and visually appealing experiences for SaaS platforms, enterprise software, complex web applications, native apps, or data-heavy interfaces.
  • Strong design portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Expert knowledge in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Passion for user-centered design: A genuine interest in understanding user needs and commitment to creating user-friendly and accessible products.
  • User research experience: Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into the design process.
  • Highly collaborative: A team player who can effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-starter: Ability to contribute independently and as part of a team.

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (or other regulated industries).
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Basic understanding of development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $140,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
