What you'll do...
Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced education professional to lead the sales training and enablement programs for our sales organization.
As a startup within the world’s largest retailer, we are quickly developing new ad tech and internal tools and systems. You will play an integral role in ensuring Walmart Connect salespeople, have the knowledge and skills be successful in their position.
In this role, you and your team will be responsible to develop courses and facilitate training for all salespeople. In addition, you will design and drive sales enablement programs to enhance sellers’ revenue performance.
This is not a remote position. The role will be expected to report into either of the following offices:
- San Bruno, CA
- Hoboken, NJ

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
