Scrum Master

Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, where you'll be a key player in our Agile Delivery teams. You'll be working with a focus on DevOps and Infrastructure. This role requires a hybrid onsite presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Agile team to achieve PI Objectives
• Monitor progress daily, identify problems, and develop corrective actions
• Manage risk by resolving impediments promptly
• Balance the interests of the technical team and product owner when issues arise
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, refinement, retrospective, and sprint review events

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in Agile Coaching
• Ability to remove obstacles and maintain neutrality
• Ability to guide a team with influence (without authority)
• Proficiency in creating a safe and high-performing team environment

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master
• Exceptional people skills and comfortable working with diverse groups
• Familiarity with modern software engineering techniques such as Continuous Integration, build, deliver, test-driven development, and other automated acceptance testing techniques
• SAFe SM or SP certification preferred
