Responsibilities :
Leading, planning, managing and directing the scrum team to accomplish the objectives of a project with limited, local objectives
Experience working in Capital Markets domain is good to have
Knowledge of Front and Back-office functions will be a value add
Expertise in trade life cycle management
Develops project plans with assigned tasks, milestones/deliverables and oversee budgets
Collaborate with Infrastructure /Application Teams to determine best methods to meet project objectives
Reports changes in project timelines, resources, or budget
Report risks and issues during the life of projects and create mitigation plans to remove any obstacles
Strategic in developing, implementing and administering IT programs within functional areas



Required Skillsets


Strong experience with Agile (including Jira/ADO)
Experienced in executing multiple multi-year projects on data modernization solutions on data lake, data warehouse retirement, BI and Analytics
Awareness of Cloud solution stack and key solution building blocks (Azure). Should have excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management and business executives Ability to influence direction of the projects, goals and client decisions
