Position: Salesforce Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Client: Apex/Mosaic
Can work on C2C / on W2
Start Date: Monday Feb 3rd
Candidates need to be heavy on Salesforce Service cloud with Case Management and if they have some experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud as well .
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Salesforce, focusing on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Develop and maintain Case Management processes, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process automation.
Develop and maintain Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes/triggers.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
Perform data migration and data integration tasks as needed.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
Experience with Case Management and Service Cloud features.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
