JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: ROW Distribution Analyst (Real Estate Background Required)
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour.
Location:  Onsite FortWorth, TX 76102.
Duration: Duration: 6 months - 1 plus possible extensions 
Daily Work Hours: 7:30-4:30; or 8:00-5:00; M-F 1 hour lunch break)

• Strong in reporting, can handle themselves in high-volume workload.

Job Description:

• Supports the Right of Way Agents to ensure Company right of way documents are processed in a timely manner
• Will need to manage projects as assigned, which could include simultaneous demands for needed data and analysis
• Organize meetings to review “redlined” documents with business management and legal
• Supports cross-functional initiatives and/or teams to maximize the efficiency of programs and processes end-to-end
• Updates and tracks workload in the Right of Way Tracker
• Provide workload data to Supervisor upon request

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years of successful performance in a Performance Management role
• Knowledge of real estate industries practices, procedures and documents
• Knowledge and skill in the use of maps, plats, surveys and engineering drawings
• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Proven team-building and organization skills

Skill Requirements:

• Interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex issues into clear and concise concepts through verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to possess a working knowledge of operating environment, specifically in regard to the surrounding work groups
• Beginner to intermediate application skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is desired
• Ability to learn internal computer programs, used for work scheduling and reporting.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
