Job Description:
FDF Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via live chat, resolving their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions using our CRM software
- Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required)
