JOB SUMMARY
Receptionist assisting the office manager and office assistant with office duties which will include but not limited to, computer work, typing reports, scheduling customers, phone calls and filing.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a professional and warehouse environment
Ability to work with people effectively as well as understand and execute instructions and policies
Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Must be friendly, reliable, and work as a team member
Have reliable transportation and experience driving in the winter
Exceptional attention to detail & organizational skills
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to follow direction, communicate effectively, and work with a team
Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Acrobat and other software that you will be trained on

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Previous office experience preferred
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving abilities
Computer skills and experience with software applications

Hiring: IMMEDIATELY Job Hours: Full-time open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays. Some workdays you will be required to be here as early at 7:00 am for any staff meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.05 per hour
