The Program and Staffing Coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to ensure that the program is running efficiently.
Program Coordinator activities:
- Responsible for managing program schedules
- Coordinate program activities, such as meetings and events
- Administrative support as needed
- Assist in the delivery of all program and technical deliverables, as required, such as CAP reports and annual GFE log.
- Provides support to the Program Manager and Deputy PM
- Maintains GFE log and submits appropriate paperwork to add or remove equipment from customer GFE reports.
- Requests quotes from procurement to purchase software and equipment.
- Maintains the facilities seating plan
- Ensures that all personnel have desks, workstations and accounts ready on their program start date.
- Onboarding and Program Orientation
Responsibilities:
- Execute the staffing process and ensure staffing success.
- Ensure program has sufficient resources to meet the staffing and security clearance requirements
- Verifies all candidates have appropriate technical certifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities stated in the job descriptions. Continuously validates compliance of workforce on program.
- Develops and tracks metrics to evaluate program trends (staffing, cost, technical, schedule)
- Coordinates staffing level and skill mix changes
- Serves as the primary interface to the subcontractor companies for staffing and candidate status
- Maintains staffing metrics and staffing tool to monitor and report compliance requirements per contract. Track per labor category, company, time of initial identification to start date, time to fill, etc. Delivers bi-weekly staffing plan
- Ensure 100% staffing within allotted timeline
- Coordinate interviews with subcontractors and appropriate leads
- New Hire onboarding personnel orientations
- Coordinate with internal Talent Acquisition, Program and Finance teams as necessary
- Develop communication process with team-mates on openings and critical fills
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5-7 years of experience in program coordination or staffing management/coordinator role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary commensurate with experience: $90,000 - $120,000
