Job Description:

A Program Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology will provide a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program to include tracking Travel, uploading all deliverables as it applies to the contract Project Work Statement (PWS), Management of records.

How a Program Analyst Will Make an Impact:
  • Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program
  • Participate in establishing and defining program requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, teleconferences, working group meetings, program management reviews and technical reviews. Coordinate efforts with the appropriate technical and/or programmatic experts to ensure a complete and quality product.
  • Produce meeting minutes and track contract deliverables for submission to customer
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  • Drafting new or revised policies and procedures to include workflow through SharePoint.
  • Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
  • May perform business development activities

Required:
  • BA/BS or equivalent, 2+ years of experience (additional years of experience in lieu of degree can be considered)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills are required.
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency (Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Power Point, etc)
  • Must be able to obtain secret clearance OR already have active secret
  • Must be onsite in Hampton, VA

The likely salary range for this position is $62,962 - $77,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
