Preferred Skills:

• FHIR Implementation Tools:
• Experience using FHIR tools or platforms like FHIR Server and FHIR Client libraries.
• Programming & Scripting:
• Strong experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python, especially for API integration.
• Certifications:
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
• HL7 FHIR certification is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Pega platform development.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically with FHIR integration and interoperability projects.
