• Job Description :
  The Payroll Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers assisting with inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience related to payroll services. The role involves processing orders handling customer inquiries through phone email or chat and maintaining accurate customer records. Additionally the representative will handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with company communication policies.

  Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process customer orders forms applications and requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Update and maintain customer records.
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and quality service.

  Qualifications :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Paylocity Paychex and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook etc.).
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
