We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Package/Mail Screener to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and proper handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and integrity of our operations by detecting and reporting any suspicious items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and screen all incoming and outgoing mail and packages for prohibited items or threats.
• Operate scanning equipment, such as X-ray machines, to ensure the safety of all shipments.
• Adhere to established security protocols and procedures for handling suspicious items.
• Document and report findings promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain an organized and secure mailroom environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all company policies and regulations regarding package and mail screening.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mail handling, security, or related fields is preferred.
