Job Description

Essential job responsibilities are to drive business development through proactive sales strategies and relationship building. Meet or exceed the assigned annual gross margin by promoting and selling products to more complex accounts.

Manage accounts effectively by providing ongoing support and maintaining client relationships. Demonstrate and coach sales reps on how to provide product knowledge to current and potential clients.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Five or more years of high-volume sales experience in the food industry
Experience in business development and account management
Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent communication skills, both 'verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
