Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join our team! In this critical role, you will play a key part in supporting a healthcare organization as they transition from OCHIN to the Epic EHR platform.

What You'll Do:

Provide Expert OCHIN Support: Resolve complex OCHIN application issues for end-users, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing downtime.
Lead Epic Implementation: Assist with the implementation of the Epic EHR, including testing, validation, and training.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the client's IT team, OCHIN support, and the Epic implementation team.
Troubleshoot & Resolve: Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Share Your Expertise: Mentor and guide colleagues on best practices for using both OCHIN and Epic.
What You'll Bring:

Epic Ambulatory Expertise: Certified Epic Ambulatory Analyst with experience in supporting multiple Epic modules.
OCHIN Proficiency: Proven experience with OCHIN applications and a deep understanding of its functionalities.
Healthcare IT Experience: Prior experience supporting a hospital, health system, or care network.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and technical teams.
Bonus Points: Experience with FreshWorks and a strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
