WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The NBY Order Fulfillment Analyst needs to be a proactive, results oriented collaborator. Prioritize tasks, work independently, and are a flexible multitasker who thrives in an ambiguous environment.
A curious mentality and a mind set to continuously improve operations in support of NIKE By YOU within our NIKE End-to-End supply chain are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in, Supply Chain, Business, Planning or related field
- Min of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business, planning or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Advanced skills in SAP Purchasing module, Tableau and Excel
- Creative and analytical problem solver who will proactively research and drive E2E solutions
- Proven ability to communicate complex topics and concepts (verbal and written) to a wider and diverse audience, to influence and motivate many areas of the organization.
- Collaborative approach to gathering input from multiple stakeholders and creating alignment.
- Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally to drive results.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and flexibility within a matrix organization
- Work comfortably and independently in an environment of ambiguity
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
NIKE BY YOU (NBY) is Nike’s 1:1 product co-creation customization service. It amplifies Nike’s best products with digital experiences and marketing journey, which enables consumers to use Nike’s product to create their own personalized designs. We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Analyst to join our Footwear Customization Operations team within Product Supply Chain. This role will be making changes for the NBY Business in how we operate using data and analytics to drive decisions across functions that serve as a foundation for operational excellence. You will work with cross functional teams in Beaverton, Europe and Asia. These teams include, Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Managers, Factory Partners, Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Consumer Services, Transportation and technology.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Nike By You Order fulfilment analyst you will act as the End-to-End subject matter expert for the NIKE By YOU Footwear customization supply chain, reporting to the Operations & Performance Management Senior Manager.
- Leading and improving NIKE By You operational work which includes, NIKE By YOU launches & product drops
- Working with our NIKE By You teams and external partners to improve speed, cost and manufacturing capacity
- Obsess about on time shipment and on time consumer deliveries, analyse data and resolve benchmark misses to elevate E2E performance
- Acting as the liaison between NIKE business, technology and our factory partners
- Driving NIKE By YOU business success with an emphasis on operational excellence to deliver a premium digital experience to our consumers
- Defining best practices within NIKE By You and across NIKE using a data-based approach
- Presenting data-based impact assessments with possible trade off scenarios to Senior Leadership
- Ensuring strategy adoption within our current NIKE By YOU customization framework
