Job Description

OMI MedTech is looking for a Field Service Technician Apprentice to join our team. The Apprentice will be based out of our Sanford office and is responsible for providing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of medical equipment.

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to:

🛠 Gain practical experience: Work alongside experienced technicians and learn the ins and outs of maintaining, calibrating, and repairing a wide range of biomedical equipment used in healthcare facilities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
