Title: Marketing Communications Manager Location : Alameda, CA
Duration : 12+ Month (Possibility to convert to FTE)
Responsibilities - The Marketing, Communications Manager must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
- Basic knowledge of Website programming and software is preferred.
- PR and/or online experience; specifically, working knowledge of database, website administration and reporting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential; in fact critical to attaining optimal performance in this position.
- Must be able to communicate both internally and externally within the company, and must work competently in cross-functional teams.
- An individual must be resourceful, confident, detail-oriented, and organized with a maturity that enables the balancing of many (often changing) priorities without showing frustration. Excellent written and verbal skills are required.
- Strategic tradeshow management (messaging strategy, booth design, promotional plan, and creative development (in partnership with agencies), collaboration with internal stakeholders for digital communications, events management, sales), mis other product marketing-related projects including collateral development, market research etc.
- Collaborating with marketing team, sales team, etc.
- Working with vendors, presenting to leadership, post show communications. Ability to travel to trade shows.
