Job Description

McBride is looking for a new team member with strong management consulting skills who can support a large grants management project for a federal client, with a heavy focus on financial management.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the McBride team with financial management, data analysis and reviews of federal grants.
  
• Working with Excel to build detailed and coherent reports with heavy data requirements utilizing Microsoft PowerBI.
  
• Building deliverables in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  
• Supporting project management activities and working with the project manager to maintain contractual compliance
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of management consulting experience within the Federal government, preferably at a major consulting firm and focusing on data analysis, change management, and/or business process improvement.
• Aptitude for managing, working, and communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face and via teleconference.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate with multiple functional groups.
• Ability to deliver high quality products using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
