What you'll be doing

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, identify patterns, and solve key business challenges.

• Develop and implement data models and algorithms that drive optimization efforts for Unity's ads marketplace and audience tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven strategies and effectively communicate key findings.

• Experiment with new datasets and methodologies to validate hypotheses and enhance Unity's data science capabilities.

• Influence product decisions and improvements by integrating actionable insights from advanced data analysis.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in applying data science techniques to solve real-world challenges and deliver measurable impact.

• Proficiency in tools like Python, R, or similar scripting languages for building and analyzing statistical models.

• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills to communicate findings and recommendations to decision-makers.

• Expertise in working with large-scale datasets, including proficiency in querying languages such as SQL.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
