Now Hiring: PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shift: 8:00 PM – 10:00 AM | Location: Clarksville, TN Are you an experienced LPN looking for meaningful hands-on work in a one-on-one home health setting? Interim Healthcare of Montgomery County is currently seeking a PRN LPN for overnight shifts (8 PM to 10 AM) providing compassionate care for a single geriatric client. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys a quiet, focused environment where you can complete your charting during the shift—no need to take work home! What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one, overnight home health care to a geriatric client
• Complete essential care tasks such as wound dressing changes, hygiene assistance (bed bath or shower), toileting, and repositioning
• Monitor and document vital signs and observations
• Complete all required documentation during your shift using our EMR system

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in Tennessee
• Previous hands-on home health or long-term care experience preferred
• Reliable, self-directed, and compassionate nurse who takes pride in patient care
• Comfortable working overnight hours in a quiet in-home setting
