We are looking for both independently-licensed and junior-licensed clinicians. While the following licenses represent the senior-level qualifications, we provide supervision for those with junior licenses:

LCSW, LPC, LMFT

Client Relationships: Work with a manageable number of clients (up to 8 in a group) to build strong, impactful relationships and provide in-depth care.
Collaboration: Participate in regular case discussions with colleagues to share expertise and develop your skills.
Free CEUs: Access to free, online CEUs to meet licensing requirements and explore new areas of interest.
100% Remote: Work from anywhere within the United States.
About the Role:

We're hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists and Counselors to provide telehealth services. We're seeking forward-thinking professionals who are passionate about improving mental health and substance use care.

Positions are available as either contract/1099 or full-time W2.

Contract/1099: Offers flexibility in scheduling, with a minimum of 12 hours per week dedicated to group and individual/family sessions.
W2: Full-time availability with some evening and weekend hours for group and individual/family sessions.
What We're Looking For in You:

Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certifications are a plus).
Confidence and experience working with teens and young adults.
A passion for group therapy and the ability to conduct engaging group sessions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
Creative and engaging, especially in virtual settings.
Evening availability to meet the needs of clients.
Qualifications:

Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines welcome).
Experience working with youth and young adults preferred.
Master's degree in mental health or a related field.
Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week (depending on contract/W2 position).
Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR software.
