About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the Care Management Team at our award-winning medical center in Torrance, CA. This role supports both inpatients and outpatients by conducting psychosocial assessments, offering counseling, and coordinating referrals in collaboration with medical staff. The Lead LCSW also guides a team of social workers to ensure best practices in patient care.
