Our Client is seeking a midlevel associate attorney for a position with our Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group to office in either Austin TX or Nashville TN. This position is a growth position with a clear path toward advancement in the firm. This position will include acquisition development and horizontal and vertical mixeduse residential resort and commercial planned community work for local regional and national builders and developers in Texas Tennessee and nationally. The position is a collaborative and interactive practice with a thriving team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Real Estate Transactions: Experience in the acquisition disposition and development of mixeduse residential resort and/or commercial real estate.
Strong academics: Candidates will be required to submit a transcript.
Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
