What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of development experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases (bonus points for Oracle experience!).
A strong foundation in programming fundamentals like data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
The ability to think critically, analyze problems, and come up with creative solutions.
