Day-to-Day:
Insight Global's client is hiring a Healthcare Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Chattanooga, TN. Responsibilities include running reports, managing ticketing portal and working with internal partners, audit maintenance for quarterly scorecard processes and a small portion of the role will be analyzing revenue rejections and ad hoc reporting. This role involves vendor coordination and discretion to stay within budget, month end reporting, and end-user support management. This individual will be reporting into the Manager of the Revenue Cycle team. Responsibilities break down below.
Responsibilities break down:
· 50% managing ticket portal and working with internal users
· 20% running weekly and monthly reporting for 1-2 projects at a time
· 10% audit maintenance for productivity metrics and quarterly scorecards
· 10% analyzing and investigating revenue rejections
· 10% ad hoc reporting

Skills and Requirements
· Associates degree in information technology OR working experience in lieu
· Minimum 3 years utilizing ECW (eClinicalWorks) to investigate and report production metrics
· Data analytics experience generating insights for team decision-making for project-based work and generating reports for weekly and monthly production numbers · Healthcare industry experience
· EPIC software experience
· Ticketing portal management experience client open to training on ticketing system, not a requirement. null
