Full-Time Assistant Manager Fernandina Beach, FL We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at The UPS Store in Fernandina Beach. This full-time position plays a key role in store operations and team leadership while delivering world-class customer service. You’ll assist with shipping, printing, and business services, help manage daily operations, and support staff development. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and a drive to help customers and team members alike. Prior retail experience and strong computer skills are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries
• Actively listen and communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership
• Provide accurate solutions for shipping, printing, and business needs
• Quickly learn and promote all products, services, and best practices
• Operate and train others on all store equipment and software
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support store leadership with day-to-day management and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer and internet skills (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication, phone, and math skills
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to lift 40+ pounds

• *Please Note: Pay Range starts at $15 during training/probationary period. This can range from 2-4weeks and depends on capabilities and if trainee is a good fit for this role. If deemed a good fit, pay has capability to move up to $20 per hour.
