Looking for Professional Event Labor Team
We have 2 upcoming events and need 4 people per event to assist with setup, flip, and takedown. The events are set in high-end wedding venues and require careful handling of gold Chiavari chairs and other event setup tasks as needed. Breaks are not paid, but meals and drinks are provided if you help the entire time.

Event 1:
Date: November 30, 2024
Location: City Club at River Ranch, Lafayette, Louisiana
Schedule:
Setup: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Break down: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Paid 8.25 hrs)
Event 2:
Date: December 1, 2024
Location: NOMA, New Orleans, Louisiana
Schedule:
Setup: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Flip: 6:30 PM - 7:20 PM
Break down: 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Paid 5 hrs)
Job Requirements:
Attire: Black pants, black shirt, black sneakers
Ability to move and set up gold Chiavari chairs and other event materials
Professional demeanor and careful handling of all event items
