ENERGY STORAGE TEST ENGINEER (Burlington, WI)

MGA Research Corporation is seeking Energy Storage Test Engineers with a strong technical background, who can seamlessly transition between independent and team-based responsibilities. This role involves hands-on engagement in testing energy storage systems including cells, modules, packs, and full vehicles.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• • Act as the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met, while providing exceptional service throughout the project.
  • Manage the technical details of testing in progress, including "hands-on" tasks, to ensure tests are conducted accurately and in accordance with relevant industry standards.
  • Maintain daily communication with project engineers and test teams to forecast resource needs and prioritize customer workloads.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, incorporating innovative approaches and methodologies.

Requirements And Skills

• It is critical to have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical preferred).
• Background in electrical field
• Comfortable with high voltage circuits (600V DC is common)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
• Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors.
• Strong desire to work in an advanced technical field.
