A Manufacturing Assembler plays a vital role in the production process by assembling various components and preparing finished products for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, precision, and adherence to quality and safety standards to ensure the final product meets specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assemble parts and components by joining various subassemblies.
•Use hand tools or machinery to complete assembly tasks.
•Perform quality checks to verify parts meet standards.
•Follow detailed instructions for assembly as provided in the green book guide.
•Ensure work area and tools are kept clean and organized.
•Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
•Inspect and secure parts and subassemblies for proper fit.
•Meet daily production targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling small components.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
Preferred Knowledge:
Understanding of electrical schematics.
Familiarity with PCB assembly and components.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems.
