We are actively recruiting skilled and entry-level individuals for an Electronic Assembly position in Duluth, MN. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM



Requirements:

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing.

Responsibilities in Assembly:

• Execute general assembly tasks, including labeling, taping, masking, coating, and assembling components onto boards using both manual and machine operations.
• Utilize tools such as pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various assembly steps.
• Cut board assemblies from panels using side cutters or specialized depanelizing equipment.
• Assemble circuit boards into finished products.

Responsibilities in Soldering:

• Conduct hand soldering operations and assemble electronic components under a microscope using a soldering iron and wire solder.
• Inspect parts by holding boards/panels under a microscope.
• Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various steps in board assembly.

Skills/ Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
