About the Role
As a Virtual Instructor, you'll design and deliver engaging online training programs that set agents up for success. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality service and performance across various client projects. This role reports to the Director of Agent Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver interactive virtual training sessions to prepare agents for client projects.
Research client businesses and project requirements to ensure thorough understanding.
Collaborate with clients to determine training needs and adapt materials for virtual instruction.
Create engaging and easy-to-follow training materials, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
Assist with onboarding new agents, helping them transition smoothly into their roles.
Provide ongoing support, answer questions, and ensure agents have the resources needed to succeed.
Monitor agent performance, offering additional training when necessary to maintain high-quality results.
Report training outcomes and feedback to management and clients as needed.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages agent success.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in Education or a related field.
Teaching experience is essential—experience in both traditional and virtual settings is a plus.
Strong communication skills—clear, engaging, and motivating instruction is key.
Highly organized and self-driven—working remotely requires excellent time management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
Comfortable using technology—virtual training involves various online tools and programs.
Creativity and enthusiasm—training should be informative, interactive, and enjoyable!
Preferred Qualifications:
Education degree preferred, but not required.
3-5 years of classroom or virtual teaching/training experience.
Familiarity with call center processes and techniques is a huge plus.
