Dental Client Service Representative

Seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our Dental team.
We are creating a new position of excellent customer service. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional individual to coordinate with owners and able multitask in a high volume enjoinment.

 

Why We Need You?

• As the voice of I-20 Animal Medical Center, this Client Service Representative will maintain communication with our clients who have fur babies in dental, and drop-offs- as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. This position will keep clients updated as to the status of their patients.
• Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Emailing clients
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Texting or calling clients to update patient care
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
