The Henrie Agency Brokerage, a remote life insurance agency dedicated to the growth and success of our team members, and can help you build a turn-key business while working from home, with true ownership, time freedom, and financial legacy in a recession-resistant industry. Our agency consists of motivated, successful men and women (Part-Time or Full-Time ranging from $30k up to $200k with additional room for growth), from all over the country and from all different backgrounds!

OUR MAIN FOCUS:

Help families protect their financial futures with life insurance and wealth products, making a real difference in family’s lives.

• We have a value-based, warm leads system! (You are not required to buy leads) In other words, we can sell ONLY to people who have requested life insurance options. NO COLD CALLING NECESSARY. You can also help your family and friends set up their life insurance.

• We are a "non-captive" agency. We are contracted with, and provide products from 30+ top-rated insurance carriers like Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life, Foresters, and many more! This allows us to find the best prices and coverages for our clients.

• We primarily write simplified-issued / instant-decision products (no para-med exam required). The average application takes only 15 minutes and commission payments can be as quick as 24 hours! (agency avg. per policy = $1,200)

BUILDING + AGENCY OWNERSHIP (Optional):

You CAN build and own your own agency (it is not required).

• There is also no cost! Build residual earnings by helping others plug into our systems and become successful life insurance agents, and change their lives as well! WIN-WIN!

• You'll have TRUE OWNERSHIP of your agency (you can even pass it down to your family for a legacy of income).

✅ DAY IN THE LIFE (Thorough training and guidance is provided at every step):

1. Obtaining exclusive, warm leads from our value-based lead program (OR source clients through warm market / other preferred lead sources).
2. Contacting those leads to gather information + setting a time to talk.
3. Selecting products from our 30+ carriers that best fit the clients' needs.
4. Helping those clients apply for their desired life insurance policies. If they get declined, no problem, transition to another carrier! If they're approved, their coverage can start immediately and we get paid in as quick as 24 hours!

5. Find and help other like-minded individuals become successful life insurance agents! (optional)

REQUIREMENTS:

• This is a 1099 / 100% commission based position! (uncapped)

• *MUST be a US Citizen / at least 18 Years of Age*

• Licensed or unlicensed job seekers can apply.

  • If unlicensed, guidance will be provided to assist you in your life and health licensing process.
