Call Center Representative Needed ASAP
Temp to Hire
Salary: $17 hourly
Scheduled Shift: 8:30AM – 5PM (30 min lunch)
San Antonio Zip 78216

The ideal candidate should possess the qualities and skills below:

Bilingual a plus, but not necessary
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Basic computer skills with multi screens/systems
Ability to resolve collector and collection issues in a professional manner
Great attitude and ability to learn quickly
Ability to work within a team
Able to resolve complaint calls
Strong leadership abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required
Punctual and dependable with good attendance
Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, and state/local collection laws (preferred)
Eligible for licensing in all states (preferred)
Excellent listening and communication skills
Professional demeanor and stress tolerance
Able to handle escalated calls and reach resolutions
Well-organized in taking and processing payments
Capable of maintaining the Firm’s standards while handling call
Must be able to efficiently navigate the CUB’s system

Background, reference and drug screen required
***Can NOT have outstanding toll road balance!
